Indigo Nutrition and Healing Support

Since the late sixties, there has been a wave of new vibrationally high children coming to the earth in response to prayers for earth angels to bring the planet into a new paradigm. Although it has taken some time for adults, teachers and healers to come to an understanding of who these children are, why they came, and how to help them, progress has been made simply by acknowledging them.

We have had the blessing of healers such as Doreen Virtue who have educated the public about these beautiful souls, and provided a welcome mat and an invitation for them to flourish on earth and be given the support and tools needed to accomplish their mission. On her CD Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children, Virtue re-claims the label ADHD (Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder) as “Attention Dialed in to a Higher Dimension, which I think is fabulous! I recommend her CD in general, because it is very enjoyable and humorous listening, and will create a space for you to have or not have that “aha” moment of seeing the people in your life, and your self, within this framework

I come to this theme and this article from both a personal and professional standpoint. I am what I call a “transcended Indigo”. I am beginning to take on much Crystal energy, and I do believe that one may “transcend and blend” as I call it. Recently, in a conversation with some Indigo, Crystal, and cusp sixth graders that I work with, the question came up, “Teacher, which one is better, Indigo or Crystal?”, to which I replied, “It’s not about better, it’s about holding different spaces at different moments based on what is needed on the planet. Both are important in their own way, and there are cusp children who are born with both Indigo and Crystal energies, as well as the opportunity for learning from and taking on the beauty of each”.

I want to be clear in stating that my article and website and professional support for these adults and children is not about focusing on labels. There is no diagnosis known as “Indigo” or “Crystal”. It is simply a way of describing these sensitive, vibrationally high and beautiful children (and now adults) who are here on the planet, and at the soul level would like to heal, as well as help the planet to heal. The frustration comes from no self-recognition, no recognition by others, and then a stuck, sad, useless feeling, which at times can turn into a self-destructive pattern.
